The
Knightingale
Moncton high's LITERARY MAGAZINE
about
For those who long to create,
Moncton High School's Knightingale is a mainly student run literary magazine that collects submissions over the course of the school year for a yearly publication. We encourage any students, teachers or anyone else to participate and we will gladly accept any type of art, photography or written works you submit to us. Each month we will post a new theme word outside of the breakout room between rooms 2030 and 2032, so make sure you stop by and take a look!
Highlighting
past works
Katie Quesnel
"Some mornings, it is like the city is a different world. The city is grey and dim, air made dense with tiny flecks of moisture like the reverse of a spark."
Snippets from written works
Johnni Kobos
"Haiku's are easy
But sometimes they make no sense
Refrigerator"
Curren Tompkins
"White orb,
Silent, stalking,
Dancing, twirling,
Clear darkness, swirling,
Suddenly, a hand pinching,
Our poor friend is dead,
Eternal silence,
Quiet agony."
